Why These Two, Why Now

A proper clean takes half a day:

• Drain the tank fully.
• Remove sediment and rust.
• Scrub internal surfaces.
• Disinfect with measured chlorination.
• Flush and refill.

We also handle tank replacement when the unit itself is beyond cleaning — pinhole leaks in stainless steel, brittle poly tanks from UV exposure, or undersized capacity for a growing household. Most replacements use SIRIM-certified stainless steel or poly units, sized appropriately for the home.

Water Booster Pump Installation

If you’ve lived with weak upstairs flow for years and assumed it’s “just how the house is,” it usually isn’t. Low water pressure in Puchong homes is most often a gravity issue: the rise from your tank to the upstairs shower exceeds what gravity can usefully push.

A properly-sized domestic booster pump fixes this. Typical Puchong landed homes need 0.5 to 0.75 HP; larger or three-storey homes need 1 HP or more. Sizing depends on storeys, simultaneous outlets, and pipe diameter — not on what’s cheapest at the hardware shop.

A proper installation includes the pump itself, an automatic controller, a pressure vessel to reduce cycling, a non-return valve, and bypass piping so you have gravity supply if the pump is offline.
