## About Us

Guan Huat Plumbing provides plumbing and sanitary services from 16, Jalan Puteri 7/7, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. These terms apply to our services and the use of our website.

## Services

We provide plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and waterproofing services including:

-   Pipe repair and leak detection
-   Drainage and clog clearing
-   Sanitary installation and maintenance
-   Roof leak and waterproofing
-   Water tank cleaning and replacement
-   Water booster pump installation
-   CCTV inspection and hydro jetting

## Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are provided after on-site inspection where applicable. Estimates are written and itemised. The final cost may vary if additional work or parts are required and identified during the job — we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

## Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and common Malaysian e-wallets.

## Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair fails for reasons related to our work within a reasonable period, we will return to address it. This does not cover damage from misuse, future failures of unrelated parts of the system, or supply issues outside our control.

## Operating Hours

Our scheduled service hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Same-day response is offered where possible during these hours. We do not currently operate outside these hours.

## Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled visit, please notify us as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone.
